An
Announcement from Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council

RE:
New Recycling System
Dear Voter,
We have to ensure all strategic partners involved in the new system are
catered for, and that not only means the swift introduction of recycling
facilities, but the immediate closure of these facilities in order to
ensure that manufacturers of plastics continue to play the vital role
they have heretofore played in providing rubbish to landfill.
Only if existing rubbish targets continue to be met, and indeed, bested,
can we continue to see growth in this sector. Remember if theres
no rubbish, we cant recycle it, so please, generate more rubbish.
Illegal dumpers too have a role to play for they make a vital contribution
to the system working their special brand of magic by taking away
excess rubbish and hiding it for a while.
Kind
Regards ,
